Why the history matters

Made in USA Inc did not appear because one rule changed. The company has spent decades around the same hard problem: American claims are only valuable when they can be trusted. The USDA Product of USA rule validates the direction, but the platform was already built around proof, verification, and auditability.

The acquisition brought the certification brand assets, AI-enabled verification tools, and blockchain/ERP infrastructure into one operating platform. That matters because certification cannot live in a PDF alone. It has to connect identity, evidence, review, renewal, and public trust.
