What You Do First
Use the portal link we send you.
Do not share passwords by email. Use the password setup link.
Company name, first name, last name, email, phone, and website.
AI and the VRP team review the lead and tell you the next step.
When a Customer Buys
After payment, the customer goes to a simple setup page. We ask for the website system, like WordPress or Joomla. Then we ask for safe access so we can install and set up the WK plugin.
- Website type: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, or other
- Admin login page
- Temporary admin invite or secure credential form
- Permission to install and customize the WK plugin
Important Rule
Never send a real password in normal email. Use the secure setup link or create a temporary admin invite. This protects the customer and the agency.
